Suburban Ramsey Family Collaborative
SCHOOL LINKED MENTAL HEALTH AND TELEHEALTH
The School-Linked Intensive Mental Health (SLMH)/Telehealth practitioners from Northeast Youth and Family Services (NYFS), CLUES and Natalis meet on a WEEKLY basis with SRFC, the four school district partners in Suburban Ramsey County (ISD’s 621, 622, 623 and 624) and Change Inc. (who are the Fiscal Host of the SLMH DHS contract) every Thursday from 1:30 – 2:30 pm for consultation, coordination and status updates about their active work supporting the mental health needs of scholars and their families via referrals from the four school districts in Suburban Ramsey County.
Every month, on the LAST THURSDAY of the month from 1:30 – 2:30 pm, they are joined by a COUNTYWIDE team of School-Linked Mental Health providers, School Staff Support Administrators, SRFC and the RCCMHC Director. Together, we learn how to build a more cohesive and collaborative team that coordinates our strategies to address the array of mental needs, gaps and system barriers in the community.
